RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2020-2021 BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the Academy Board of Directors plans to meet on a regular basis; and WHEREAS, the Academy must hold public meetings and provide notice under the Open Meetings Act, MCLA 15.251 et seq.; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Academy has a permanent address at Charlton Heston Academy, 1350 N. St. Helen. Rd., St. Helen, MI 48656; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Academy Board will meet on the following dates and times:
July 14, 2020 – 6:00 p.m.
September 8, 2020 – 6 p.m. – Cancelled
September 22, 2020 – 6:00 p.m.
September 30, 2020 – 6:00 p.m.
June 8, 2021 – 6 p.m. 2021/2022 Budget Hearing
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any adjournment, special meeting, or change of location will be posted subject to the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Open Meetings Act; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Academy’s Superintendent is responsible for posting notices of all meetings; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the calendar of regularly scheduled Board meetings will be posted at the front entrance of the Charlton Heston Academy. Minutes of the Meetings of the Board of Directors are available at the Charlton Heston Academy.
